Locations
SOLA’s head office operations are based in London, UK. We also have entities in Dubai and Munich and are registered in Brussels and Ontario, Canada.
We are currently hiring in the UK with the opportunity to work with clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America and future opportunities to relocate to Dubai and the USA.
Working environment
We have a hybrid design that allows our team to take a flexible and autonomous approach to their working structure whilst also fostering strong communication. We are currently based remotely four days a week and get together once a week in central London to promote training, discussion, and sharing of ideas and experiences.

Holiday Allocation
Holiday entitlement increases by one additional day for each full year of completed service, up to a maximum of 32 days.
